Norway is a world leader in gender equality. Areas of his academic interes include gender issues like getting women on boards, the contribution of women on boards (business case), gender codes/feminism and women career advancements. He made about 150 presentations about women on boards – presented at seminars and conferences in more than 20 different countries, including for several parliaments or governmental bodies, Slovenia included.
