Eloise du Luart is a French professional triathlete (based in the UK), who also works part time as a social media marketing executive. After her success at the start of the triathlon career, Eloise faced several setbacks. She had been battling with an eating disorder and depression, but managed to overcome the difficulties, recover and return to her path as a professional athlete. Eloise is now trying to help raise awareness about proper nutrition, preventing disordered eating and relative energy deficiency in sports (RED-S), and help others to fuel properly, especially during training and racing. In 2022, she placed 3rd in Ironman 70.3 Warsaw, 5th in Ironman 70.3 Dresden and 6th in Ironman 70.3 Les Sables, and ended the season with a 35th place in the Ironman 70.3 World Championship. In 2023, Eloise finished 4th in Ironman 70.3 Les Sables and achieved her second podium with 3rd place in 2023 Ironman 70.3 Mossel Bay. Eloise faced another setback at the start of 2024, when she was diagnosed with myocarditis, inflammation of the heart muscle. Since then, she recovered fully and returned to training, aiming to compete for the top spots in future races.
