Joshua is a professional triathlete from the USA. He has been competing in triathlon since 2006 and practised boxing before that. Joshua won Ironman 70.3 Oregon three years in a row, in 2021, 2022 and 2023, won IRONMAN 70.3 Indian Wells La Quinta in 2022, IRONMAN Coeur d'Alene and IRONMAN 70.3 Oceanside in 2023, and wrapped up his amateur racing career with an age-group second placing at the 2023 IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in Lahti, Finland. At the age of 41, he decided to become a professional, and 2024 is his first full year of racing as a professional. He recently finished 6th in Ironman Canada. His goal is to win or at least podium in a professional race. Joshua has been through tough times as a teenager, but turned his life around, finished school and found a job he still loves today. He spends his non-triathlon related time with his wife and two kids, and running his small business that he's operated since 2009. Besides that, he wants to help other people live a more active and happy life.
